I spoke with Rina’s husband today and (in addition to scheduling some therapy for her) he said many nice things about BHC about how we take such great care of his wife and everyone in the office is always very attentive/responsive to his needs. He sounded very positive and determined that his wife would get stronger soon as a result of our care and thanked us very much.
Brian has been working as my physical therapist for the past 5 weeks. When I came home from the nursing home after a 6 disc laminectomy I was reliant on a walker and a wheelchair. Thanks to his attitude and expertise I now rely primarily on a cane and able to, with some difficulty care for myself. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone in need of a physical therapist.
Ken and I want to thank you for your good care during his illness. All the staff was ready and available to help. Diane (CNA) was caring with a positive outlook. I would especially like to thank Maurice (RN) for his aid and support. He called to check on Ken even when not on duty. That included weekends. It was comforting to know that I could call and he was ready to help. He is an excellent nurse.
